This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between the Site Owner (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the individual or legal entity using the site (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1. General Provisions
1.1. Using the site means the User"s agreement with the terms of this conclusion.
1.2. If the User does not agree to comply with the requirements, he must stop using the site.
1.3. The Administration carries out adjustments at any time, changing the conditions without prior notice to the User. The new version comes into force from the moment it is posted on the site, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
2. Basic concepts, use in the Agreement
2.1. Website — a collection of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at network addresses, working with the domains: cms-girvas.ru, sus-girvas.rf, as well as their subdomains.
2.2. Personal account — a personalized section on the Website, available to the user after authorization, where he can manage his data, view the history of actions, configure parameters, receive individual information and use additional functions provided by the service.
3. Subject of the agreement
3.1. The Administration grants the User the right to use the website on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.
3.2. All rights to materials posted on the website belong to the Administration or other copyright holders.
4. Rights and obligations of the user
4.1. The user undertakes to use the website only for lawful purposes.
4.2. The User did not expect to:
- use the site to post, transmit or distribute information that is contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- law enforcement actions aimed at disrupting the functionality of the site;
- study unauthorized access to the functionality, data or resources of the site;
- copy, modify, distribute third parties who have access to the personal account.
4.3. The User is responsible for the safety of their data and passwords.
5. Rights and obligations of the administration
5.1. Administrative assessment:
- at any time change or terminate the operation of the site without prior notice to the User;
- restrict the User"s access to the site in case of violation of the monitoring conditions;
- send informational messages to the User.
5.2. The Administration undertakes to take reasonable measures to ensure the operability of the object, but does not guarantee their proper and error-free operation.
6. Liability of the party
6.1. The Administration shall not be liable for any problems that the User may experience as a result of using or being unable to use the site.
6.2. The User shall be solely responsible for compliance with the requirements of the law regarding data and materials.
6.3. In the event of a violation of the terms, the User may be denied access to the site.
7. Personal data
7.1. The processing of the User"s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, posted on the site.
8. Other conditions
8.1. The laws of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Administration.
8.2. All disputes arising as a result of this incident shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.3. If any decision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
